SOLERSTAYS LLC was established in January 2026 as a hospitality and furnished rental company. We are based in Miami, Florida, and our rental operations are focused on New Jersey and the New York City metropolitan area.

Our mission is to provide safe, comfortable, and reliable furnished accommodations for people traveling to, working in, or temporarily relocating to the New York City and New Jersey area.
We started SOLERSTAYS because so many stays fall into a gap: too long for a hotel, too short for a lease. Guests deserve somewhere prepared with care, hosted by people who answer when you write, and honest about what they offer.
We are a new company, and we are building our portfolio carefully — adding properties only when we can hold every one of them to the same standard. Nothing is listed here that isn't real.
