The guest list is our early access list. Join it with your travel plans and we'll contact you directly as accommodations that match your needs become available — before they are listed publicly.

Our rental operations are focused on New Jersey communities within the New York City metropolitan area, selected for convenient access to Manhattan by PATH, ferry, light rail, or bus. Specific locations will be announced as accommodations become available.

Will your properties be in New York or New Jersey?

Our future rental accommodations will be located in New Jersey, chosen specifically for their convenient access to New York City. Our company business address is 18117 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33160, and no rentals are offered there.

What is the difference between short term and mid term stays?

Short term stays are typically a few nights to a few weeks and suit visitors and business travelers. Mid term stays generally begin around 30 days and are intended for traveling professionals, corporate placements, relocations, and extended stays.

No. All images shown are representative examples of the style and comfort of accommodations we intend to offer. They do not represent current SOLERSTAYS properties or available accommodations.

Do you have insurance?

SOLERSTAYS maintains insurance coverage designed to protect its rental properties, the guests staying in those properties, and the contents within them. Coverage details, limits, and exclusions are governed by the terms of the applicable policy.

Do you accommodate traveling nurses and healthcare professionals?

Yes — that is one of the groups we are specifically preparing for. Our mid term accommodations are being planned around contract assignments, rotating shifts, and access to hospitals and transportation.

When will accommodations become available?

We are actively developing our first properties. Rather than announce a date we can't guarantee, we notify our guest list first as soon as each accommodation is ready.
