Inquiries and availability
Submitting an inquiry does not create a reservation. A stay is confirmed only when we agree the dates, terms, and payment arrangements with you in writing. Property details, availability, and travel times are provided in good faith and may change.
Stays and house rules
Guests agree to follow the house rules published for each residence, including rules on smoking, events, occupancy limits, and quiet hours. Additional terms may apply to a specific booking and will be shared before confirmation.
Insurance
SOLERSTAYS maintains insurance coverage designed to provide protection for its rental properties, guests, and contents. Coverage is subject to the terms, conditions, limits, and exclusions of the applicable policy and is not a guarantee against every loss. Guests are encouraged to maintain their own coverage for personal belongings.
